This position is responsible for routing contracts through the signature process in compliance with corporate policy and procedures as well as reporting on key contract elements.

  • Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required
  • A.S. in Paralegal Studies degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Excellent skill with e-signature, record management, database, word processing, spreadsheet, reporting and communication software (DocuSign, Contract Lifecycle Management, Microsoft O365)
  • Detail oriented, analytical, team player
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (bilingual preferred), establish and maintain effective working relationships and withstand high pressure situations

  • Under guidance of Senior Contract Specialist, route contracts for approval and execution in accordance with company policy and procedures (assist Senior Contract Specialist with proofreading for accuracy, completeness, cleanliness/formatting/spelling, logic, amendment flow, maintain log, route for approvals and distribute final copies)
  • Maintain repository of contracts
  • Maintain contract information for organizational purposes in accordance with organizational policy and procedures (heavy data entry, accuracy a must)
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status (expiration/renewal notifications, on-demand reporting for stakeholders, follow-up)
  • Maintain and request countersignature on partially executed documents (reporting, communication with business sponsors and paralegals)
