This position provides media advertising support to the Advertising Systems and Operations team by managing order builds and maintaining order health for the lifecycle of cross-platform digital media campaigns. Responsibilities focus on the sales operational processing via order entry in our Order Management System as well as media plan executions for the Advertising Strategy and Operations team. From order entry and order maintenance to campaign activation, fulfillment, and analysis, this position plays an integral role in ensuring that campaigns are accurate and launch in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising/Marketing, Statistics or related field or equivalency

  • One year of experience in Advertising, Client Services and/or Sales Support

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Knowledge about ad trafficking systems (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Freewheel) and order management systems (e.g. Operative, a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Golf or sports knowledge/background a plus


  • Develop timely and accurate PGA TOUR and partner media plans, which follow established pricing guidelines, adhere to ad product business rules, and are vetted for inventory availability.

  • Manage and accurately process order entry requests and revisions from the Strategy team in the Order Management System; initiate internal kickoff calls prior to order build

  • Assist strategy team pods, media sales leads, and internal constituents; ensuring timely, thorough, and accurate responses to all RFPs, RFIs, and general daily correspondence related to site ad operations, ad specifications, creative asset gathering, launch and campaign pacing confirmation.

  • Monitor social campaign activations and ensure that order builds align with trackers and reports

  • Ensure campaigns are being properly captured in our reporting tool, AdJuster

  • Assist with end of month delivery confirmations, including working with the Strategy and Social teams on flat file and social campaign delivery confirmation

  • Develop knowledge of the PGA TOUR Digital and partner ad portfolios; serve as internal resource on Order Management System product catalog by being able to accurately recall all available products.

  • Understand media assets and value propositions to navigate the PGA TOUR partnerships landscape –in conjunction with PGA TOUR’s Corporate Marketing and Business Development departments – and service Official Marketing Partners’, Endemic Marketing Partners’, and/or Title Sponsors' media campaigns.
