This position reports to Vice President Board Administration. Manager, Board Administration supports the Office of the Commissioner’s key priorities, including planning and execution of meetings and communications with the PGA TOUR’s Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with C-Suite Executive(s).

  • Paralegal or Corporate Governance experience preferred.

  • Expert level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, TEAMS, One Drive/SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Ability to earn trust and respect confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including demonstrated business writing.

  • Proven ability to research, compile large amounts of data and organize into logical format.

  • Deadline oriented with proven ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, special events/meetings, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with VP Board Administration to assist in finalizing and distributing confidential communications to Board of Directors (BOD) at direction/approval of Office of the Commissioner (OOC).

  • Work with BOD and TOUR leadership to schedule ad hoc and standing committee meetings of Board of Directors in line with corporate governance/administration documents and guidelines.

  • Attend in-person BOD meetings to provide on-site support for OOC, TOUR Leadership, Board Directors and guests.

  • Manage board book creation and distribution in web-based Board software, in collaboration with Vice President, including compilation of documents from senior management and finalization of materials

  • Prepare advance planning timelines for standing committee and BOD meetings.

  • Draft key Board documents, including Minutes, Consents and Resolutions in accordance with PGA TOUR Enterprises Board of Directors governing documents/administrative practices and legal requirements.

  • Research Board Records and governance matters in collaboration with Competitions, Finance and Legal departments.

  • Maintain new Board Member Orientation, Board/Executive Listings, Conflict of Interest Reporting and other governance forms, as required by PGA TOUR Enterprises Board of Directors governing documents/administrative practices and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with TOUR leadership on scheduling matters related to BOD constituents.

  • Track updates/changes to enterprise-wide business objectives in relation to Compensation Committee and other Board Reporting timelines.

  • This position is a key member of the Office of the Commissioner support team, providing back-up support regarding calendar/communication management, travel logistics, and meeting preparation, as needed.
