Company Overview:
The James Hardie™ Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational takes place March 2-8, 2026, at the Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Fla. The tournament, which will be televised on the Golf Channel, will feature a field of 78 PGA TOUR Champions professionals competing for a purse of $2.2 million dollars. Playing alongside the Champions Tour players will be 26 football legends, who will tee it up on Friday and Saturday of the event. Benefitting the Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County, and The First Tee Florida Gold Coast, the James Hardie™ Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational will be managed by Pro Links Sports, a nationally recognized sports marketing and event management firm that assists in running several PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions tournaments. Position Summary: 
This internship will focus on delivering a world-class experience across all activations and key tournament partners. This candidate will work behind the scenes and must be able to work well under pressure, in a team environment, be keen to details, and seek gaining exposure to the PGA TOUR and entertainment industry. 

Position Details:

  • Support key special events, including the Pro-Am, Draft Party, Women’s Day, Legends Shootout, and Volunteer Party
  • Assist with Pro-Am administrative tasks such as assembling credential packets, shipping, and participant communications
  • Provide on-site event support at the Pro-Am and Pairings Party
  • Oversee and manage the Honorary Observer Program
  • Serve as a point of contact for special events and collect/organize registration details
  • Maintain and update the Trust Event Solutions tournament database
  • Assist in producing tournament-related materials such as scorecards, signage, and sponsor logos
  • Capture event moments through photography and videography as needed

Qualified Applicants Must Have:
  • A desire to gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment 
  • Strong communication skills and desire to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, long hours, and weekends
  • Great attitude, work ethic, and enthusiasm for learning at all levels
  • Full availability during advance and tournament week (February 23 – March 8)
  • Internships will run from January 15 – March 13, 2026
 
Eligibility 
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of application or a recent college graduate. Receiving academic credit is optional.
  • Applicants should reside near Boca Raton or be willing to commute to Boca Raton
