We presently have an opportunity for a Partnerships Coordinator for Constellation
FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K. The Partnerships Coordinator plays a critical role in
supporting the Partnerships team through relationship management, sales support, and
execution of sponsor and ticketing deliverables. This is a highly detail-oriented, relationship-driven 
position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Local Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, including restaurants and
community establishments, to support tournament promotion/marketing, and in-kind
partnerships
• Identify opportunities to enhance the tournament’s local presence and community
engagement through ticket bundles or other collaborations

Sales Support & Group Outreach
• Assist in prospecting and generating new partnership opportunities
• Support group sales initiatives by engaging with local organizations such as golf courses,
retirement communities, and other groups in the Palm Coast / Daytona area
• Help develop and customize sales materials, presentations, and partnership decks
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, outreach efforts, and sales progress

Partnership Fulfillment & Execution
• Oversee the execution of partnership agreements to ensure all contractual elements are
delivered accurately and on time
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partners regarding logistics and fulfillment
• Coordinate distribution of partnership assets, including tickets, credentials, and Pro-Am
registration, and event instructions
• Ensure a high level of service and communication with all partners,

Ticketing & Credentialing Operations
• Assist with the management and distribution of digital ticketing programs
• Oversee credentialing for all tournament participants, including staff, volunteers, players,
caddies, VIP guests, and partners
• Coordinate distribution of parking passes, hangtags, and access credentials
• Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all ticketing and credentialing needs

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems
is a plus
• Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, leading up to
and during the tournament
