3M Open Corporate Partnerships & Events Intern 
The Corporate Partnerships intern is a key member of the 3M Open Sales and Activation team. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to learn and embrace challenges. As a member of the team, you are thoughtful and able to work well under pressure; you are eager to learn and explore projects outside of your comfort zone; you exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and can multitask. 

*Please note, there will be 2 open spots to fill for this role, and the 2 candidates selected will divide below responsibilities. * 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Communication with 3M Open sponsors and internal teams to fulfill contracted assets like on-course activations, digital signage, hospitality tickets, and VIP experiences. 
             - Includes gathering and managing assets from start to finish (sponsor to vendors to proof of performance).  
· Coordinate sponsor requests including catering orders, décor, additional ticket needs and venue deliveries for tournament week. 
· Participate and listen in planning calls with sponsors and internal teams. 
· Support planning and execution of all special events related to the Sales and Activation department along with other tournament events. Responsibilities include creating, updating, and executing run of shows.
            - Event examples: Media Day, Charity Challenge, Pro-Am Draw Party, Golf4All, Women’s Leadership Summit, and other as needed.   
·  Research and development future revenue opportunities and event ideas for the tournament. 
·  Create plan for proof of performance to produce tournament-end recaps including photography management and digital signage tracking
