Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve Workday integrations for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve Workday integrations.
Build Workday Studio and connector integrations that help automate processes or enable new capabilities.
Build Workday reports that are used in integrations and help other technology team members answer data questions.
Support Adaptive Planning integrations.
Adopt and advocate for AI enabled solutions to support Workday operations and solutions.
Review the code of other engineers’ Workday integrations and provide meaningful feedback to ensure standards are maintained.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, and work closely with Project leadership to ensure the successful completion of larger initiatives.
Develop subject matter expertise on various components in the Workday technology stack.
Partner with other engineers to build end-to-end solutions that interface with Workday.
Maintain Workday Pro certification.
Help build a world-class team and cultivate innovation.
Mentor and train other team members on new Workday technologies, design techniques, and coding standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Programming, Computer Science or related field. Master’s, further education, or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related fields preferred.
Workday Pro integration certification required or the ability to obtain upon employment.
Two years of experience building complete Workday Studio inbound and outbound integrations. Exposure to both HCM and Finance related Webservice (SOAP) and REST APIs. Experience developing Workday listeners and HTTP push-based interactions.
Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, Ruby: intermediate design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Postman/Insomnia, OxygenXML or similar tools that help develop productivity.
Prefer experience with two or more from the following: Workday Prism, Workday Extend, Workday BIRT, Workday Adaptive Planning.
Prefer exposure to robust Continuous Integration and Development processes within Workday environments.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of web application development, database management systems; knowledge of a variety of web-authoring tools. Ability and interest in learning other coding languages as needed. Ability to configure Workday integration security and audit other integration security settings. Must have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and ability to logically structure processes and procedures. Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Basic fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and concepts. This includes using AI to enhance business operations and drive innovation, enabling us to better serve our Members and stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
