Maintain and support daily operations of the PGA of America Hospitality Services program. The position would support day-to-day administrative activities of Championship Hospitality, as it directly relates to PGA of America Spectator Championships, which include but are not limited to the PGA Championship, Senior PGA Championship, and KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to):
Internal and External Interaction and Communication
Serve an administrative role for the Championship Hospitality staff. Duties including but not limited to:
Manage the inventory, ordering, and organization of hospitality supplies
Assist in updating online marketing and hospitality client planning materials
Learn the hospitality ticketing system to assist Championship Hospitality staff with fulfillment and customer resolutions
Assist the Championship Hospitality staff with data entry across various platforms
Perform various research related tasks such as data analysis, client feedback analysis, etc.
Assist in assigned vendor, client, and student volunteer communication leading up to Championship
Championship Participation
Assist in on-site execution of Hospitality Services Program for each Spectator Championship. Duties including but not limited to:
Arrive early to assist with office trailer set-up
Help coordinate and manage hospitality client walkthroughs Pre-Championship
Assist in the daily management of wristbands, radios, scanners, golf carts, and supplies
Serve as the touchpoint for client ticket troubleshooting and customer service
Assist in training, daily communication, and coordination of tasks for student volunteers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, or equivalent. Prefer a College Senior finishing their final semester or a recent graduate.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Must have knowledge of business operations with a preferred emphasis in administrative support. Knowledge of internet and web-based software. Knowledge of Google Workspace MS Office Suite (or other technology).

Ability to travel up to 10%. Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours per day). Ability to work overtime, including weekends (sometimes up to 15 hours a day). Travel may be required to other Championship sites.
