Summary:
An Account Executive, Business Development for the Miami Open plays a crucial role in generating tournament ticket sales revenue through both virtual and face-to-face interactions. This position involves year-round engagement with potential clients to promote full tournament memberships and other sales opportunities.

Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales department revenue goals focused on full tournament memberships for the Miami Open.
- Surpass personal new business revenue targets by utilizing a comprehensive approach that includes luxury memberships, general memberships, mini plans, suites, and group sales.
- Execute directed campaigns by prospecting for new clients, setting appointments, delivering sales presentations (both virtually and in-person), and closing B2B and B2C opportunities as directed.
- Maintain accountability for activity levels such as calls made, appointments scheduled, pipeline KPIs tracked, and revenue generated.
- Document customer interactions meticulously to align with organizational strategies.
- Participate actively in non-match day events as well as match events to engage prospects and provide exceptional client experiences.
- Diligently offer outstanding customer service while upholding high standards throughout all interactions.
- Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
- This role may require working non-traditional hours including weekends and game days due to event schedules.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or consulting; experience within sports or hospitality industries is preferred.
- A genuine passion for seeking out new sales opportunities is essential.
- A proven track record of working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for daily tasks.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining focus on important tasks is critical.
- Prior experience with Microsoft CRM and Archtics software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong work ethic coupled with a desire to build a career in professional sports is expected from candidates.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply as it is considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background is required for this position.
