Position Summary 
The Assistant General Manager - Sales will be responsible for growing the Ranch Pass membership, ensuring an outstanding member experience, and leading the team through effective training and development. This role requires a dynamic leader who is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and passionate about building a thriving community. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
1. Ranch Pass Membership Growth & Retention 
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase Ranch Pass memberships while maintaining accessibility and community engagement. 
  • Analyze membership data, track trends, and adjust sales tactics to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive outreach campaigns, promotions, and referral programs. 
  • Engage directly with members and guests to understand their needs and improve the membership offering. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue per member through upsells, premium offerings, and experience enhancements. 
2. Member & Guest Experience 
  • Ensure an exceptional in-location experience for Ranch Pass members and all Golf Ranch guests. 
  • Implement and uphold high standards for customer service, aligning with Golf Ranch’s core values. 
  • Actively engage with members, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements. 
  • Work with the GM and team to ensure seamless operations, reducing friction in check-ins, reservations, and service flow. 
3. Team Leadership, Training & Development 
  • Lead and develop the front-line team to deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests. 
  • Design and implement a structured training program focused on sales, service, and Golf Ranch’s cultural values. 
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring they understand how to drive membership growth and retention. 
  • Maintain high energy and morale, fostering a culture of competitive greatness and infectious enthusiasm. 
4. Community & Brand Building 
  • Strengthen Golf Ranch’s presence in the local community by building relationships with groups, businesses, and influencers. 
  • Represent Golf Ranch at events, networking opportunities, and member appreciation initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to create content and storytelling opportunities that highlight the Ranch Pass experience.

Qualifications & Experience 
  • A passion for golf, community-building, and customer service is required 
  • Experience in sales, membership growth, or business development. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and training teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
