Role: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for all things marketing at Golf Ranch with the goal of driving awareness, visits, and on-site experience. He/She will work closely with the venue leadership team and Director of Marketing for Blue Jeans Golf to plan and execute a marketing strategy for the business that will include on-site activations, social media, partnerships, and more! Additionally, he/she will take on an entrepreneurial role in creating and selling event packages for the range and short course. Success in this position will require the right mixture of creativity, organization, ambition, and execution.

Golf Ranch is a 70-bay driving range and 9-hole short course in Dallas, TX that Blue Jeans Golf recently acquired and is operating. In the coming months, Blue Jeans Golf will transform the business through major investments across technology, design, and operational programming.

Compensation: $40-60K salary + 10% commission on event sales + benefits
