The Talent Programs Manager supports key people initiatives across our business functions, including recruiting, talent development, training, and early career programs. This role also provides HR generalist support, making it a versatile position that blends strategy and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams that contribute to building and retaining a high-performing, values-aligned workforce.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and support selection processes.
- Conduct talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates in the market and build strategic pipelines for current and future openings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing efforts.
- Help ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with our brand and values.
Performance & Talent Programs
- Support the execution of annual and mid-year performance reviews and goal-setting cycles.
- Assist with internal talent and career development initiatives and programs.
- Analyze talent trends and feedback to inform program improvements and recommendations.
Internship & Early Career Programs
- Manage the structure, recruitment, and daily operations of our internship and early career programs.
- Coordinate onboarding, learning opportunities, mentorship pairings, and end-of-program evaluations.
- Cultivate partnerships with colleges, universities, and external organizations to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee and manager training initiatives.
- Partner with internal and external facilitators to ensure content aligns with organizational needs and values.
- Track participation and collect feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
HR Generalist Support
- Serve as an HR contact for assigned business units, providing support on employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with broader HR team on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Ensure alignment with employment laws, internal policies, and team values.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, talent development, or generalist HR roles.
- Experience with talent mapping, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work across multiple departments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HRIS , performance, and engagement platforms (e.g., Paycor, Culture Amp) preferred.
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Bonus.
