The Washington Commanders are searching for a Premium Client Services Manager to join our Premium Hospitality department and play a starring role in growing our suites business. This position will report to the Director, Premium Client Services and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships of premium clients, delivering best-in-class service, generating additional revenue, and renewing accounts. This ‘sales and service minded’ professional will build proactive outbound relationships with their account base, be the primary point of contact on gamedays, and work with key internal stakeholders to execute and activate our year-round benefits program. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Renew and retain an account base of Premium Hospitality clients ranging from multi-year suite clients to single-season loge seat holders
  • Generate significant new revenue by successfully upselling, cross-selling, gaining referrals, and adding on incremental premium products for Commander games and stadium events
  • Build proactive outbound relationships with multiple stakeholders at each company/account in their book of business through face-to-face appointments, digital meetings, and phone calls
  • Sell a full menu of Premium Hospitality products including Luxury Suites (annual and rental), Loge Club, and other premium seating offerings 
  • Execute and lead dynamic client presentations, both onsite at Commanders Field and offsite at client locations throughout the DMV area
  • Represent Washington Commanders at local networking, community, and corporate events to generate awareness and excitement throughout the DMV area
  • Work closely with the entire Premium Client Services team, internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment of every contract detail
  • Consistently and effectively manage a robust pipeline of client-focused incremental revenue opportunities while providing updates and forecasts to Washington Commanders senior leadership
  • Utilizes CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales processes, and activity
  • Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all Premium Hospitality processes diligently
  • Exceed individual renewal goals, sales goals, and meeting targets
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Minimum of two plus (2+) years in service experience and one plus (1+) year in sales experience required; prior experience selling and/or servicing six and seven figure premium deals in sports & entertainment is strongly preferred
  • History of top Premium/B2B revenue (sales and/or renewal) production for a sports and/or entertainment organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels of an organization – both internal and external
  • Exceptional organization and pipeline management skills
  • Skilled in setting and running sales meetings, with ability to effectively pitch and present premium products 
  • Deep knowledge of the corporate sector and demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the market
  • Local market knowledge is a plus
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments and possess an optimistic team-first mentality
  • Due to the nature of this role, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, holidays, and Washington Commanders gamedays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with ability to consistently travel to offsite client meetings
  • Proficient in Ticketmaster/Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
