The Washington Commanders are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Partnership Analytics Manager to join the Corporate Partnerships department. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee reporting across all team partnerships and provide actionable insights on effectiveness of the partnership marketing models, as well as support with the evaluation of expiring partnerships. Reporting to the Vice President, Partnership Marketing & Analytics, the person in this role will support the department's bottom line by leading partnership measurement, surveying, reporting, recapping, and workstream management. This role will assist the Partnership Marketing team, tracking partnership deliverables, and measuring marquee activations.

This role must be able to communicate clearly internally and externally at a variety of levels. This individual will be detail-oriented and able to manage various tasks and meet demanding deadlines. The ability to take initiative and ownership of business accounts and projects, recommend solutions rooted in data, and make informed decisions in alignment with our organizational values is essential.

Key Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead on partner research and measurement initiatives across the Partnership Marketing team, through a consultative approach, and proactively identify unique opportunities and customized solutions for current and future partnerships
  • Closely align with key internal stakeholders within the Commanders organization as well as outside business partners, to provide solutions for achieving partner KPI’s, utilizing analytics to support partnership efforts through storytelling
  • Effectively track and monitor target audience and consumer trends to identify insights for partnership growth and provide value through strategic recommendations
  • Manage partnership measurement dashboards
  •  Tracking of sponsored content and all activations 
  • Assist Partnership Marketing team with Rapid Recapping
  •  Maintain relationships with research and sponsorship measurement vendors
  • Work closely with the Partnership Marketing team on the strategy, planning, analysis, and execution of key projects, including custom insights for partners, brand and partnership health studies, and cross-channel media measurement projects
  • Contribute to the sponsorship renewal process, including ideation sessions, building programs and initiatives to align with partner core objectives and providing recommendations for partnership growth
  • Manage internal projects to ensure the Partnership Marketing team is tracking towards complete delivery on strategic goals and initiatives
  • Create efficient paths to managing all special projects across Corporate Partnerships, and maintain and organize all major workstreams
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal workstreams including team and league tentpole events and other major initiatives on behalf of the Corporate Partnerships department

Qualifications:
·       Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
·       2-4+ years of experience with a consumer brand, agency or media/sports property is preferred
·       Experience with partner services management and research expertise
·       Knowledge of current research and measurement tools as well as approaches and applications
·       Strong understanding of how brands and properties create partnership objectives, set KPIs and and measure success
·       Availability and willingness to work all Commanders home games and assigned events
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, or Apple Keynote
·       Experience in successful project management and developing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals and demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles
·       Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal and corporate relationships
·       Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
·       Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills
·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills
·       Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information
·       Self-starter, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
·       Ability to commute to FedEx Field located in Landover, MD
