Title: Intern, Studio Production 

Dates of Internship: Oct 2025 – Feb 2026 

Full-Time Internship (40 hours)

Location: Ashburn, VA with travel to Landover, MD periodically

 Job Responsibilities: 

·           Support the Studio/Broadcast team on a variety of projects and day-to-day activities 

·           Producing and editing video elements and show segments

·           Producing graphic elements

·           Assisting in studio and control room for all productions

·           Game day and event day responsibilities as assigned

·           Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·           Proficient using Adobe Premier, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects)

·           Experience in studio and live production environments

·           Capacity to think creatively and contribute new ideas

·           Proficient in editing video and graphics

·           Knowledge of videography basics including framing, focus, shutter, gain, white balance, etc.

·           Proficient skills using the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

·           Ability to work independently or as part of a team

·           Ability to work outside of normal business hours/days (i.e., game days on Sundays/primetime or offsite events) 

·       Ability to commute to the Big Bear.AI Performance Center located in Ashburn, VA, and Northwest Stadium located in Landover, MD
