Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
The Washington Commanders are seeking responsible individuals to join our Gameday Event Staff on a Part Time basis. Do you enjoy making people smile and creating lifetime memories for Fans?  The right fit individuals will provide excellent customer service throughout Stadium during Gameday and Special Events. As a Guest Service Team Member, you will work with your team to create an excellent experience for all Fans and guests.
 
Specific Roles:
 
Activations Team 
Team members will assist with stadium wide activations for each game which could include gate giveaways, suite lobby activations and theme game activations.  
 
Concierge
Team members will respond to all Fan inquires around the stadium and provide positive and efficient solutions. They will also work and escort VIPs and suite members and provide a fantastic guest experience.
 
Dream Seats
Team members will respond to all Fan inquires around the stadium and provide positive and efficient solutions. They will work closely with our partners to provide a fantastic guest experience for our VIP guests.
 
Fan Mobile Assistance 
Team members are responsible for the golf cart transportation for ADA guests who arrive to the stadium and mobile transportation within the stadium for guests to arrive to their seats.  
 
Gold Ambassadors:
Gold Ambassadors will provide personalized service to the Season Ticket Members at all games and events. 
 
Guest Services Booths Team Members:
Team members will assist guests with any inquiries they may have during an event or game. This team will have the most knowledge about gameday and the stadium to help all guests.  
   
Hospitality
Team members will assist with securing set boundaries for pavilion each game and securing suite areas. This team will assist with stadium wide activations to include gate giveaways, suite lobby activations and theme game activations.   
 
Owners Club
Team members will respond to all Fan inquires around the stadium and provide positive and efficient solutions. They will also work and escort VIPs and provide a fantastic guest experience.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Work ALL 2024/2025 Football Team Home Games 
  • Engage Fans with a fun and positive energy to provide Fans with excellent customer service to enhance their gameday experience.
  • Enforce stadium/event center, Washington Commanders and NFL rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Identify problems when/before they occur and quickly contact the best representative to rectify the situation. 
  • Receive and quickly act upon requests from guests.  In the event of a serious problem, rapidly defer to upper management.
  • Provide immediate assistance to and emergency notification of guests in the event of an accident or injury.
  • In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating stadium/event center, while maintaining a calm, professional manner

Requirements: 
  • Must be able to commit to work all Football Home Games and potential playoff games.
  • Must be at least age 18 or over with HS Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to be friendly and courteous and use appropriate discretion based on the situation.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to maintain knowledge and adhere to the Guest Services and Fan Mobile Assistance policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positions may include standing for long periods of time, walking long distances, and climbing stairs.
  • Be a team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
