ABOUT THE UFL

The United Football League (UFL) is the premier professional spring football league, powered by the visionary leadership and investment of Mike Repole and Impact Capital, RedBird Capital Partners, FOX, Dany Garcia, Dwayne Johnson, and ESPN. Built on innovation, accessibility, and competitive excellence, the UFL delivers a dynamic professional football experience for players, fans, and partners alike. The league currently features eight teams and is focused on building the next era of spring football, with expansion planned for 2028 and beyond.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own the CRM platform that powers ticket sales, marketing, and fan growth across the UFL The CRM Manager owns the UFL's HubSpot CRM and is responsible for optimizing the platform for the teams that drive revenue. As the league moves to HubSpot, this person owns the platform through and beyond the transition, configuring, stabilizing, and continuously improving it. Once the platform is live, the Manager serves as the day-to-day administrator of HubSpot Sales, the system the ticket sales and marketing teams run on.

This person will be responsible for maintaining clean pipelines, reliable deal and account tracking, and reporting that gives sales leadership clear visibility into the business. The CRM Manager enables marketing to general fans and premium ticket buyers, keeping the audience segmentation and first-party data structures that power engagement clean and reliable, and partnering with Data & Business Intelligence teammates so marketers can confidently build and target their own audiences.

As part of a hub-and-spoke model, this role sits with Data & Business Intelligence but directly supports, and receives day-to-day guidance from, ticket sales and marketing leaders on operations and tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the UFL's HubSpot CRM through and beyond the transition, leading configuration and buildout, stabilizing the instance post-launch, and serving as the ongoing administrator responsible for its day-to-day operation and health

  • Administer HubSpot Sales day to day: user provisioning, roles and permissions, deal pipelines and stages, properties, and workflow automation that mirror how reps actually sell season, singles, group, and premium inventory

  • Build and maintain the deal pipelines, lead routing, and sales workflows the ticket sales team relies on, so pipeline and revenue data is accurate and trusted

  • Own CRM data integrity - deduplication, data hygiene, standardized field definitions, and validation

  • Serve as the internal HubSpot expert and first line of support for the sales team: onboarding, training, adoption, and troubleshooting to drive consistent use of the system

  • Manage HubSpot's integration with the ticketing platform (Ticketmaster/Archtics) and other core systems, partnering with the Data & Business Intelligence team to keep data flowing reliably in and out of the CRM

  • Design, build, and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, deal velocity, ticket revenue, and CRM revenue contribution

  • Establish and document scalable CRM processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leads to align the CRM to business needs, prioritize enhancements, and resolve blockers as the system evolves

  • Act as the backstop for the marketing team's self-serve segmentation in HubSpot - enabling marketers to build their own audiences by keeping first-party data clean, well-structured, and reliable, and stepping in on the more complex segmentation and targeting asks

  • Maintain audience data integrity and segmentation logic so marketing's campaigns reach the right fan cohorts, from single-game buyers to premium and season-ticket holders

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Marketing's CRM and data questions, partnering with Data & Business Intelligence teammates, the organization's data experts, on anything requiring deeper analytical support

  • Support reporting on marketing and CRM performance - engagement, retention, and revenue contribution, surfacing trends and optimization opportunities for the team to act on

  • Work within the team’s development practices (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives) and set the standard for the CRM voice in the room, keeping CRM work visible, scoped and prioritized alongside engineering and analytics

  • Manage the CRM calendar in coordination with broader sales and marketing initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience may be considered

  • 3-5 years administering or operating a CRM platform (CRM operations, sales operations, or a comparable system-ownership role)

  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience - configuring pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions, and reporting, ideally in Sales Hub

  • Strong CRM data-integrity instincts and the judgment to keep a system clean enough to trust for decisions

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously, with strong prioritization and decision-making

  • Strong analytical capabilities - able to interpret data, exercise sound judgment, and turn it into clear, actionable reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical CRM concepts for non-technical partners and to produce clear documentation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing and revenue-generation platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster/Archtics) and the data they produce, ideally within a sports, entertainment, or live-events organization

  • Experience implementing, migrating, or standing up a CRM (especially HubSpot) - enough to stabilize and improve a newly built instance

  • Familiarity with marketing segmentation and first-party audience data — enough to enable a marketing team to build and target their own audiences

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
