Basic Function: Responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the Texans’ ticketing ecosystem, including event builds, customer service, gameday operations, and cross-departmental ticketing needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily ticket operations processes including order processing, payment plans, mobile ticket support, ticket exchanges, and account updates.
- Support the building and maintenance of events, seating manifests, ticket types, offers, FEVO links, and other Archtics programming needs.
- Assist in building and managing ticketing components for non-gameday events including Draft Day, Season Ticket Member events, LOVB Volleyball Houston events, LSSE events, and other organizational events.
- Provide exceptional gameday support in ticket resolution and customer service, including Box Office operations, Ticket Scanning supervision, and set-up/breakdown of scanning pedestals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to fans via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all ticket-scanning pedestals and related hardware.
- Fulfill ancillary ticket requests from departments across the organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the hiring, scheduling, training, and management of gameday staff to ensure operational success.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Ticket Operations, Senior Director of Ticket Operations, or ticketing leadership.
- Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events, and duties within the Business Operations offices.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge and prior work experience utilizing Ticketmaster, Archtics, or other ticketing software.
- Strong proficiency in ticket operations processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Texans gamedays.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to department and organizational success in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of one year of ticketing experience, preferably in Ticket Operations.
