Basic Function: The Senior Digital Product Coordinator plays a key role in the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across email, SMS, app, web, YouTube, performance marketing, and CRM channels. This role focuses heavily on building, launching, and maintaining campaigns for our email automation software, IDing, building, and refining segments, and monitoring/delivering insights to improve performance.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and obsessed with understanding how to turn experiments and data into measurable improvements in KPIs. This role will be key in determining how resources are allocated across our digital ecosystem to drive ticket sales, lead gen, and digital content value for fans. It will work closely with the business insights, social media, and digital content teams to grow the value of current assets and identify the most effective ways to build new assets and digital properties.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Continually assess and evolve the Texans’ database segmentation and automation execution tactics.
- Partner with the digital marketing manager and business insights team to develop lead scoring models for the Texans’ ticket products and content properties.
- Brainstorm and propose new customization and personalization tactics that make the Texans a leading innovator in email/SMS/app communications.
- Build communication campaigns based on specifications from and in coordination with digital leadership.
- Ensure that all communications are delivered and updates are communicated via project management software.
- Manage and evolve KPI dashboards for outbound communications and digital ticket sales KPIs.
- Drive experimentation across digital channels based on data insights – A/B testing, channel mix, creative options, timing, segmentation, touchpoint volume, journey length, etc.
- Grow the suite sales qualified leads list through creative digital tactics, data acquisition, and lead scoring.
- Collaborate with the rest of the digital and social teams to ensure that major brand campaigns reflect best practices for data collection and allow for fast, efficient use of data for business KPIs.
- Use advanced segmentation techniques and data to propose tactics for growing and engaging the Texans’ SMS audience.
- Take full ownership of assigned campaigns and report progress regularly.
- Anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and lead without needing to be asked.
- Understand and represent the Texans brand and brand voice.
- Ensure digital and Texans leadership is informed of wins and issues that could affect the brand.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Digital Media Manager and Director of Digital Media.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency with node-based user journey applications preferred. This role will involve daily use of Oracle Eloqua, Rover.io, Tableau, PageProof, MS Office, and Adobe software.
- Proficiency in digital asset management.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Visual design skills are a plus.
- Ability to understand and read data analytics and deliver clear, actionable reports that can be shared internally.
- Ability to be consistently prompt, dependable, opinionated, but most of all a team-first member of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and individually.
- Ability to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior experience with data analytics, web or app coding, or data visualization preferred.
- Prior experience with email automation platforms preferred but not required.
- Previous digital marketing experience preferred but not required.
