Essential Job Function:
Perform various human resources duties in areas such as sourcing, interviewing and providing excellent customer service to hiring managers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead all sourcing and recruiting efforts for full-time and part-time staff across multiple departments.
  • Meet with hiring managers to establish staff needs, identifying key skills required for position to be applied to a structured interview process, posting of job on Club employment website, scheduling and conducting phone interviews, and producing job offer documentation.
  • Assist Talent and Organizational Development Manager and Recruiting Coordinator with any full-time recruiting tasks including, interviews, scheduling, etc.
  • Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Gameday/Part-time onboarding spreadsheets alongside HR Generalists.
  • Support department engagement initiatives.
  • Assist Talent and Organizational Development Manager and other departmental teammates as necessary or as assigned in the planning and execution of all department special projects or events (e.g., open enrollment, Gameday Camp, employee meetings, training sessions, college visits, job fairs).
  • Engage with and understand departmental needs for Full-Time and Gameday managers.
  • Engage with and understand business goals for the organization and execute policies and programs in support of short and long-term objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employment information and comply with all mandated privacy requirements.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from by the Talent and Organizational Development Manager.

Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in recruitment required..
  • Desire and passion to drive areas of accountability to support company business and growth plans.
  • Basic knowledge of employment practices, recruiting and selection skills.
  • Working knowledge of company Human Resources and recruitment systems, company intranet and other departmental or company systems applicable to position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships within the department and across the organization.
  • Willingness to work as a team member in order to accomplish established department goals.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a data-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines.
  • Ability to work extended hours as may be required in order to meet established or last-minutes deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction to complete assigned work and individual goals.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
