Basic Function:
Assist in the execution of Game Presentation and entertainment elements at Houston Texans home games and signature events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-game and in-game on-field and in-stand promotions.
- Enhance live and prerecorded features.
- Execute pre-game activations and fan interactive features.
- Engage and interact with fans of all ages during the game/event when appropriate.
- Lead chants at Houston Texans home games and signature events.
- Assist in keeping all gameday props organized, in good condition and stored appropriately after each game.
- Attend all Houston Texans home games, team meetings, rehearsals, and signature events such as Training Camp and Draft Party.
- Perform various other duties from time to time as assigned by the Game Presentation Coordinator, Game Presentation Manager, or Director of Game Presentation and Live Entertainment Producer.
- Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year working in events and/or live entertainment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Lively, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Job requires walking around and standing for prolonged periods of time in various Club premises in and around NRG Stadium and NRG Park, as may be assigned.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
