The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday - Ticketing Customer Service.

Job Function: Assist Houston Texans customer service staff at home gamedays and at other various Club–sponsored and Lone Star Sports and Entertainment events.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all season ticket members’ questions and problems that may arise during gameday.
- Oversee ADA seat exchanges through Ticketmaster software.
- Assist Membership Services and Ticket Operations leadership with box office issues or other ticket-related problems that arise on gameday.
- Provide exceptional guest services to all guests.
- Support Ticket Resolution team as needed.
- Assist full-time Club staff in handling customer service issues and providing resolution.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Membership Services and Ticket Operations leadership team.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park during Houston Texans football games and other Club events; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or at NRG Stadium/NRG Park as may be assigned and not in a telecommuting manner.
Skills Required:
- Possess high energy level and be self-motivated and service oriented.
- Willingness to engage with season ticket members on gameday.
- Possess effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess effective organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Job may require walking around and standing for prolonged periods of time in various Club premises in and around NRG Stadium and NRG Park, as may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Ticketing or general sales experience preferred.
