Title:  Business Insights Coordinator 
FLSA Status:  Exempt 
Department:  Ticketing
Reports to:  Manager/Director of Business Insights
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required. 
  • Analysis, data quality and data management experience strongly preferred. 
  • Evidence of the use of analytical approaches in solving for a challenge. 
  • Customer service and/or sales background a plus. 
  • Prior experience in professional or collegiate football or other sport operations preferred. 
Skills Required:  
  • Advanced-level computer proficiency skills, especially in database, statistical and visualization software applications. 
  • Advanced-level proficiency in working with large databases for analytical purposes. 
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills as well as ability to effectively summarize and present results and recommendations to management. 
  • Working knowledge of predictive modeling techniques such as regression analysis, customer profiling and segmentation, needs analysis, financial modeling and other types of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. 
  • Strategic thinking, logic, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Working knowledge of Archtics or other ticketing systems, preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-energy environment. 
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to self-motivate and to work independently as well as with a team as required. 
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information. 
  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.

Basic Function:  Responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of key data insights to business units across the organization. 

Job Function (duties and responsibilities):  
  • Compile, analyze and provide insights to support departments including but not limited to Marketing, Ticketing, Event Services, Suites, Sponsorship and LSSE. 
  • Provide day to day reporting to Manager/Director of Business Insights. 
  • Coordinate research projects to support departments including but not limited to Marketing, Ticketing, Event Services, Suites, Sponsorship and LSSE. 
  • Work with Manager/Director of Business Insights to strategize, implement and report on various survey efforts to key stakeholders including season ticket members, wait list, mobile app subscribers, partners, game attendees and fans alike. 
  • Track all strategic consumer/fan data sources and uncover areas of opportunity as it relates to increasing ROI, promoting engagement and increasing efficiencies. 
  • Provide data/insight to support strategic efforts to promote fan club/marketing event registrations and Foundation ROI. 
  • Analyze all online retail data and provide insights to increase revenue. 
  • Communicate analysis outcomes and techniques to an audience of varying statistical/mathematical abilities effectively. 
  • Work with digital media team to effectively leverage social data to increase ROI, engagement and efficiency. 
  • Complete other key projects and/or perform other duties (gameday/non-gameday) from time to time as assigned by Manager/Director of Business Insights and/or Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Market Analytics. 
  • Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
