Basic Function: Prospects, qualifies, and serves the Houston B2B market with the expectation to increase Houston Texans ticket sales revenue through the sale of season and group ticket packages.
Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
- Prospect, establish, research and close ticket packages through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments and networking.
- Leveraging primary focus on B2B client database to grow revenue from ticketing products.
- Prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face-to-face format, and closing sales.
- Conduct face to face sales appointments throughout Houston area in addition to hosting appointments at NRG Stadium.
- Accountable to certain levels of activity and production (calls, appointments, pipeline KPI’s, and revenue).
- Strong self-leadership skills, holding themselves accountable to ticket sales best practices (daily prospecting, training, etc.).
- Consistently enter client data into CRM, Salesloft, and Archtics ticketing system to aid in information sharing between sales and other departments as well as enhancing the Houston Texans sales processes.
- Consistently maintain a strong and efficient sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively.
- Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Houston Texans.
- Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
- Must possess both the personal and professional communication skills to conduct face to face presentations.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Sr. Director and Business Development.
Focus Expectations:
- Primary – Consumer/Corporate Season Ticket Packages and Premium Packages
- Secondary – Consumer/Corporate Group Ticket Packages

- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications
- Proven success in creating and driving new business pipelines through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and proactive prospecting strategies.
- Experience with Salesloft preferred, but not required.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of one (1) year sales experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
