The Senior Analyst, Insights will be a member of a highly motivated and collaborative team responsible for providing actionable insights to business unit stakeholders (Corporate Partnerships, Broadcast, Social and Digital Media, Merchandise, etc.) using cutting-edge data and analytical tools. The Insights, Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering the research, analysis, and presentation of data required to support growing current and developing new business. The Senior Analyst will be a strong, actionable link between the Business Analytics department, Digital & Social Media and Corporate Partnerships team. Finally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for the mining of syndicated data sources, design, execution, and analysis of custom research projects, measuring and tracking the impact of partnerships, as well as supporting organizational strategy and innovation with actionable insights

Essential Job Functions
• Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors (e.g., 4Front and Nielsen, ) for Partner Impact Studies, Partnerships Media Valuation and tracking and provide insights as needed to the Corporate Partnerships team
• Work closely with Corporate Partnerships team to help generate revenue opportunities through the development of new assets through proper white space analysis of assets in broadcast, in-stadium and non-stadium
• Provide data that is accurate, congruent, contextualized and actionable, and ensure information is easily available to users for direct consumption
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis from multiple data sources, with the goal of understanding impact, reach, and return on objective & investment for corporate partners
• Utilize internal and external research to build data visualizations that demonstrate overall partnership performance and critical benchmarking metrics
• Guide inventory/rate card evaluation and pricing methodology across all properties to set appropriate valuation of new & existing assets
• Participate in translating findings into digestible and visually intuitive outputs through compelling analysis and storytelling to internal departments
• Assist with data vendor management
• Balance numerous projects across different departments and sustain open communication with the team/stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
• Assure the effectiveness of partnership programs by completing and assisting on ongoing, ad-hoc and year-end analysis or as requested by the Corporate Partnerships team 
• Lead all branded content reporting efforts to ensure all key KPIs are being met and uncover business opportunities that must be addressed through the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards
• Work closely with Partnerships Activation & Digital/Social Media team to help generate revenue opportunities through the development of new assets through proper white space analysis
• Partner cross-departmentally in the planning, execution and analysis of current and potential assets related to partnership program development and execution including Broadcast, Digital and Social Media, Ticketing, Tours, Premium Sales, Foundation. 
• Monitor and stay abreast on the latest tools and programs that develop the departmental data and analytical needs to properly support the development of partnership programming, reporting, and prospective client business analysis
• Serve as a thought leader to help identify emerging trends that can help drive additional revenue for the Partnership or Digital teams
• Guide inventory/rate card evaluation and pricing methodology across all properties to set appropriate valuation of new & existing assets
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or Business-Related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in partnership marketing, market research, consumer insights, or similar capacity at a brand or agency required. 
• Very organized, detail-oriented and proven ability to be proactive and self-motivated with success meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to demonstrate forward-thinking analytical skills to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue generation and program development. 
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business objectives into effective analysis that solve business problems and provide actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience in providing creative, influential and clear storylines for written, verbal, and visual communication of insights so less technical professionals can apply findings to their business needs 
• Ability to learn, unlearn, re-learn emerging technologies, and quickly adapt and thrive in a fast paced team-oriented environment. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed 
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
• Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift 
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
