As the Bilingual Production and Content Coordinator you will work alongside the other members of the multimedia production team to produce digital media content to support USA Football’s initiatives across branding, education and marketing. This individual will have a keen eye for social media content creation. They will be tasked with producing engaging video content for various social media platforms while working closely with the VP of Revenue Planning and Analytics and internationally based agencies, primarily located in Mexico City.

Essential Job Functions 
  • Performs curation and scheduling functions for all Spanish-language articles, videos, galleries and podcasts, applies brand style and voice to ensure consistent usage across pages, content types and platforms.
  • Creates engaging headlines and subtitles for photo galleries, podcasts, and videos.
  • Makes sure that all content is compliant with state and federal laws regarding issues such as copyright violations, defamation, and invasion of privacy.
  • Maintains records of all publications and broadcast materials produced by the company.
  • Reviews materials created by other content creators to ensure that they are consistent with the brand’s tone and style.
  • Develops cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices.
  • Adapts to changes in the market and respond to customer demands.
  • Maintains current knowledge on the market and industry trends.
  • Conducts research to further understand competitors.
  • Shoots and edit video and podcasts as necessary.
  • Operates a camera as necessary.
  • Performs other video production related duties as needed.
  • Manages all communication systems, including phones and emails.
  • Manages schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
  • Communicates the schedule to the crew.
  • Coordinates transportation needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film/Communications/Art or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a production and/or content coordinator.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
  • Expert experience with Adobe Cloud suite required.
  • Vast Knowledge of video production and post-production, including lighting, shooting and editing.
  • Strong understanding of industry market and conditions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp business acumen and financial projection.
  • High regard for quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • General understanding of NFL Rules, teams, players and culture.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
