Position Summary
This position will support sponsorship and partnership initiatives by developing compelling sponsorship presentations and proposals that effectively bring the brand and partnership opportunities to life.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-impact sponsorship decks, pitch presentations, proposals, signage, social media content and other event-related materials.
- Collaborate with sponsorship, marketing and sales teams to understand direction and objectives, delivering polished, high-quality materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentation and marketing materials.
- Develop custom graphics and visual storytelling elements that effectively communicate partnership value.
- Enhance existing templates and create new, scalable presentation frameworks.
- Provide support to the Graphic Design team across a variety of projects and events.
- Contribute to additional creative and sponsorship-related initiatives as needed.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are preferred qualifications we are searching for:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- High level of creativity with a strong understanding of layout, color, visual design graphics.
- Ability to take direction and translate feedback into polished creative.
- An understanding of the game and passion for professional football!
Schedule and Benefit Highlights
- This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position, typically with a Monday through Friday schedule with the responsibility to provide support and coverage during special events in the evenings and weekends.
