Accounting and Finance: Financial/Data Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting the ticket sales financial reporting needs of the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and its related entities.  All roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to financial dashboard creation and maintenance, budget to actual reporting, and commission reporting.

  • Ownership of ticket sales commission reporting dashboards for the Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and other Hard Rock Stadium Events
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to create, audit and maintain PowerBI reports
  • Creation of other executive reporting dashboards as required by the senior leadership team
  • Analysis of any data discrepancies and collaboration with data owners to drive resolutions
  • Serve as financial liaison with tickets sales managers and reps
  • Willingness to work on other ad hoc projects and analyses as required

 Experience / Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of TicketMaster Archtics and CRM Microsoft Dynamics
  • Significant experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI & SQL experience preferred)
