Job Description: The digital/social staff assistant is responsible for assisting the digital media manager and social media manager with all digital and social activities.




Responsibilities.
  • Assist with the day-to-day content workflow, curation and distribution of content on website and social platforms
  • Work with the social media coordinator to develop social strategy and plans for Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and community initiatives
  • Work hand-in-hand with the social team to assist with content distribution on social platforms
  • Work in the CMS with digital media manager to upload content to the website 
    • Photo Galleries 
    • Web stories 
    • Video series 
 
Qualifications
  • Understanding of social media platforms and basic CMS
  • Proficiency in Adobe products preferred
  • Ability to work long days, to be on-call when not working, and work select weekends
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of football, specifically the NFL
