SUMMARY:
Delivers first class service as the first point of contact in person and by telephone for guests of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium offices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
  • Answer main switchboard, routing calls to the appropriate person(s) and answer routine office inquiries using correct stadium policies and procedures.
  • Greet and provide information to visitors ensuring that their needs are met in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to emails that are in the stadium’s guest experience email inbox.  
  • Exhibit a fun, friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Be knowledgeable of various points of interest available for the enjoyment and entertainment of our guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years office experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and written with guests and staff
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as dictated by events
  • Professional image and attire
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required
