Summary:
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Associate Art Directors on a variety of marketing campaigns, web and social content, and a few other organization initiatives across the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Open. A qualified candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of creative deliverables such as collateral material, environmental graphics, corporate identity, and web interfaces, social posts, from concept to completion.

Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization. These include but are not limited to marketing materials, logos, signage, posters, installations, promotional items, advertisement, social content, web and mobile elements, etc.
- Effectively coordinate with the Creative Director and Project Managers to ensure design projects communicate the desired message quickly and efficiently.
- Take responsibility of the creative process for each project you are assigned, including inter-departmental communication, problem solving and the understanding of business initiatives.
- Provide creative input, ideas and concepts for the overall marketing and brand development of the organization.
- Embrace and demonstrate the collaborative efforts of the creative department.
- Identify fresh and emerging internal and external opportunities to promote the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Miami Open and Hard Rock Stadium brands.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of current design practices, techniques, print production, and signage design
- Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Lightroom, Outlook and Microsoft Office on OS platform
- Relevant experience in sports, entertainment and/or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistently display initiative to complete projects and tasks with limited supervision
- Able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding design projects, progress, and deadlines
- Always maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to project changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross functional team
- Understand the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales process
