Hard Rock Stadium & Miami Dolphins are seeking skilled, motivated and reliable individuals to fill the part time position of Event Staff. Under the direct supervision of the Entertainment & Brand Impact Department, the Event Staff position will assist in the overall execution of Dolphins game day activations and other events at Hard Rock Stadium throughout the year.


  • Work ALL Miami Dolphins home games for the 2021 season, including preseason.
  • Support Entertainment & Brand Impact department in pregame and postgame events as assigned.
  • Arrive early on game days to set up all activation spaces around the stadium.
  • Oversee and operate Miami Dolphins activations on game days.
  • Provide a high quality customer service interaction with all guests to enhance the entertainment experience.
  • Opportunity to work other events throughout the year including, Miami Dolphins Training Camp, Dolphins Challenge Cancer, Miami Open, and F1 Miami Grand Prix.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.


  • Speaker panel event with members of the Miami Dolphins front office staff
  • Quarterly career chats with the Entertainment & Brand Impact team on specific topics


  • Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans & front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.


  • Must commit to entire Miami Dolphins home schedule and potential home playoff games.
