Summary: 
The Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix will be an unparalleled event with luxury seating, trackside hospitality, and guest experiences on a scale that will raise the standard for live events. Hard Rock Stadium, the site of Super Bowl LIV and the 2021 College Football National Championship, will transform into one of the premier racing facilities in the world with hospitality options ranging from the Paddock Club to trackside Yacht Suites. Additionally, a full slate of customized suite and chalet experiences will be offered across the campus. The Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix event at Hard Rock Stadium will be a global destination for luxury experiences and corporate entertainment. Hard Rock Stadium is looking for industry-leading premium sales professionals to build and execute an international sales campaign from the ground floor.

 

Job Overview:
The Account Manager, Premium Sales & Service role primary focus will be prospecting high level companies locally, nationally & internationally to set meetings and share the value of hospitality options offered at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix event. Account Managers will be part of an elite sales team at Hard Rock Stadium that will set the standard for the sports industry. With multiple entities under one roof, this position will provide tremendous growth & sales leadership opportunities across Miami Dolphins, Miami Open & Dolphins Challenge Cancer. 

 

Major Responsibilities:
  • This position will be focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations in a face to face & virtual format, and closing high level sales.
  • Set and conduct sales appointments throughout South Florida, nationally & internationally
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners / lunches, & outside meetings.
  • Due to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours and weekends.
  • The candidate will be held accountable for elite levels of activity, appointment goals and closed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of integrity & sales leadership
  • We are looking for a diverse candidate that possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
  • Candidate will represent an international brand, that is equivalent to Super Bowls
  • The Candidate must know how to navigate major corporations while also being able to prospect/meet with high-net-worth individuals. 
  • Candidate must know how to navigate a sales presentation virtually.
 

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of prior sports ticket sales, with a track record of sustained success with Premium/Suite Sales. 
  • International Sales Experience is preferred. 
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives (Bi-Lingual candidate preferred).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous working experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
