 The Los Angeles Chargers are proud to announce the 3rd Annual, 2024 Donald H. Yee Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Football Operations Training Camp Fellowship.  Mr. Yee is a highly acclaimed industry leader specifically among players and coaches in the National Football League (NFL), in Sports and Entertainment in general.  During the span of his career has been known for his laser sharp tenacious work ethic and impassioned dedication to his stellar roster of clients. 
 As part of Mr. Yee's continued leadership to reach back and bring others along; he wishes to inspire future players, coaches and aspirants of Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) heritage, to learn, develop skills and awareness of the various career opportunities uniquely found in Football Operations. 

Summary:
 The Donald H. Yee Fellowship is a paid and unique opportunity to inspire and cultivate diverse leaders from the Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community to pursue a successful career in football operations.  The L.A. Chargers are seeking a dynamic person eager to learn and deepen their awareness about various career opportunities within football operations within our organization. 
 
 Responsibilities:
 - Exposure to the various departments within football operations.
 - Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings and games days as required.
 - Other duties as assigned by management.
 
 Skills and Attributes:
 - All applicants are required to complete our online application.
 - College degree, preferred, not required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
 - Highly self-motivated with the desire to be successful.
 - Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
 - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
 - Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
 - Ability to work well within a team environment.
 - Have basic computer skills and use MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
 
 Timeline of Fellowship:
 - Application for Fellowship is open and will remain open until filled.
 - This is a paid Fellowship.  Fellows will be paid a $5,000. (five thousand dollars) stipend.
 - Duration of Fellowship will coincide with the duration of the 2024- 2025 Training Camp and may include a Pre-Season game.
