The Suites & Premium Service department of the Los Angeles Chargers delivers exclusive access and
elevated experiences to VIP customers on game days and year-round. With game day products including
suites and experiential events, to exclusive premium lifestyle partners ranging from private clubs to
digital concierge services, the department provides unique membership benefits and value for our most
premium customers.

Summary:
The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a professional, hard-working, and hospitality-focused
individual to join the Suites & Premium Service team as a full-time Seasonal Assistant for the 2026-27
NFL Season. This role will support the department through daily operational assistance, administrative
responsibilities, and customer service. With the ability to work long and flexible hours, the ideal
candidate has a desire to get into the sports industry, is service-oriented with an emphasis on attention
to detail. This is a seasonal, non-exempt, position which will end after the conclusion of the 2026-27 NFL
Season.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Administrative management
● Daily operational assistance
● Assist in suite preparations and troubleshooting on gamedays
● Contribute to planning and physical setup of special LUX events
● Support the team in event gifting, mailing, invites, and additional logistics
● Must be willing to work all Chargers LUX events including weekends and holidays
● Any tasks asked by the Director of Suites & Premium Service

The ideal candidate will have:
● Desire to work in the sports industry
● Customer service experience, preferably in premium hospitality and/or sports environment
● Highly organized and detailed approach to work
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Professional demeanor
● Attention to detail and event timelines
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and all Chargers home games
at SoFi Stadium
● Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
● Comfortable lifting heavy materials

Applicant must:
● Have authorization to work in the U.S.
● Have a current driver’s license
● Be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights,
weekends and other various events
