About the Role

The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented professional to lead and develop our Inside Sales team. This position is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for coaching emerging talent and driving performance in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Inside Sales will play a critical role in shaping the future of our ticket sales department. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Inside Sales team with a focus on accountability, motivation, and goal achievement.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members with efficiency and care, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development through structured training programs, 1-on-1 mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct weekly departmental meetings and staff huddles, along with bi-weekly individual goal-setting sessions.
  • Implement engaging sales contests and incentive programs that drive team performance and morale.
  • Develop and execute strategic ticket sales campaigns, including Season Ticket Memberships, Mini-Plans, Group Outings, and Suite Rentals.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, marketing initiatives, and sales events.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to establish individual sales goals, career roadmaps, and team-wide objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-person sales events throughout the season, including at games, training camps, off-site functions, and at the Chargers’ facilities at SoFi Stadium and El Segundo.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of successful experience in sports ticket sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
