The Events & Stadium Operations team at the Los Angeles Chargers is responsible for overseeing team events including training camp, non-gameday events and gamedays at SOFI Stadium. Interns will help support all team events, including training camp, events at SOFI stadium and all regular season games. The full-season internship will run from June 2026 — March 2027.

Responsibilities and Essential Requirements

Interns will assist with various department tasks including but not limited to:  

  • Load in and setup of all training camp assets 
  • Assist daily with training camp elements including player autograph sessions, vendor load in and gate giveaways 
  • Interns will work with a variety of internal departments 
  • Staff will assist with activation layouts, vendor load in/load out, credential distribution, and gate giveaways on gamedays
  • The ideal candidate can use discretion and professionalism when working closely with high profile team talent.
  • This staff can communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint and can navigate tech platforms with ease
  • Candidates must be high-energy, positive, and work well with others
  • Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 25 lbs.) and perform some manual labor
