The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven partnerships professional to help shape and deliver innovative sponsorship solutions. This role plays a critical part in the partnership development process, combining storytelling, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to create compelling proposals that drive revenue and long-term partner value. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker with a passion for sports marketing, experiential activations, and building meaningful brand partnerships. Working closely with internal stakeholders and sales leadership, this individual will develop customized sponsorship strategies, identify emerging market opportunities, and help bring impactful partnership programs to life for one of the NFL's premier franchises.

- You are a creative storyteller, problem solver, and passionate about creating meaningful partnerships that align with a prospect's goals and drives value for both the partner and the Los Angeles Chargers
- Key team member in the partnership pitch process by collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders throughout discovery, ideation, and presentation creation
- Assist in the go-to-market strategy process and create innovative ways to bring sponsorships to the market
- Experience in identifying and providing meaningful, relevant data that supports the value proposition to assist in the storytelling of the pitch process
- Build and maintain internal relationships and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and experience across industry tools such as Scarborough, MVP Index, etc.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, innovative platforms, and emerging media opportunities
Essential Requirements:
- Preferred minimum of nine (9) years full-time experience in a sponsorship sales, business development, solutions, activation, or experiential marketing position
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Digideck, Salesforce CRM, KORE and ClearSlide a plus
- Knowledge of the sports industry and sports organizations with NFL experience a plus
- Candidate with a working knowledge of the Los Angeles Market preferred
- Must have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Must be a team player and highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a highly driven self-starter
- Ability to manage long-term projects and quick turnaround assignments
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
