Summary: Chargers LUX, a premium experiences division of the Los Angeles Chargers, delivers access, exclusivity, and elevated service to VIP customers on game day and throughout the entire year. The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking qualified Game Day Concierge members to provide exemplary customer service and support to Chargers LUX Members and the general fans. Game Day Concierge will report to the Director of Premium Suites & Services. Training will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, on Wednesday, July 30th. All home games will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA from August 2025 through December 2025. Additional playoff games may be required based on season performance. Other Chargers events may be requested but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a LUX Service liaison during all Los Angeles Chargers home games and provide SoFi Stadium information
- Greet guests and communicate game day needs with guests and staff
- Assist with escorting of guests and working Premium Areas when needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of company and venue operations as well as LUX benefits
- Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with various duties during home games to make for an enjoyable experience for all guests
- Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings and game days as required
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience and desire to work in the sports industry
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Independent problem solver
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Able to stand for the entire work shift and work in differing weather conditions
