The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a passionate, committed, high-energy salesperson to sell premium season, group tickets, and single game suite rentals for our organization. As an Account Executive, Season Tickets you should be highly motivated and organized with an outgoing personality. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Generate sales through outbound calls and outside appointments. 
  • Meet and exceed all weekly, monthly, and annual sales, phone, and appointment goals. 
  • Actively prospect and close new business opportunities 
  • Conduct face to face sales appointments with prospective clients. 
  • Participate in planning meetings to discuss cross departmental revenue opportunities and collaborate with other team members to support and further the sales department goals. 
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers and internal partners/stakeholders. 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective follow up with prospective clients to build relationships and drive revenue. 
  • Represent Chargers organization at offsite networking events and various promotional events 
  • Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture while developing strong working relationships with all team members and participating in all team meetings and training sessions. 
  • Utilize company CRM system to manage accounts, pipeline, and productivity. 

QUALIFICATIONS 
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an individual revenue producer in a high paced sales environment. 
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in sports and entertainment industry preferred. 
  • Proven track record of B2C and B2B sales 
  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and effective listening skills. 
  • Resourceful, creative, and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindset. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
  • Ability to work well on a team and independently. 
  • Organization and planning skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to work both traditional and non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays). 

Expected Salary Range: $24.04 plus opportunity to earn commission + bonus
