The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking an experienced high-performing premium sales professional to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue while also developing the Chargers’ presence in the Southern California business community. The ideal candidate is a competitive, top-producing sales professional with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve revenue targets in both B2B and high-end B2C environments. This position will be based out of the Los Angeles Chargers sales offices.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Sell single game suite rentals to companies and high net-worth clientele
·         Develop, maintain, and grow a book of business for premium suite inventory
·         Identify opportunities to convert single game suite buyers into suite lease owners
·         Actively prospect utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.
·         Conduct sales meetings at SoFi Stadium and offsite at prospect/client offices
·         Identify and establish new business relationships.
·         Embrace and utilize CRM to track all sales initiatives for efficient pipeline management
·         Effectively communicate the value that the Los Angeles Chargers product offers
·         Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover the best product/solution for prospects
·         Demonstrate a collaborative approach daily
·         Work gamedays to service premium clients
·         Attend various events throughout Southern California for prospecting opportunities
·         Meet and exceed individual sales goals
 
Qualifications / Skills:
 
·         Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales 
·         Ability to work autonomously in a performance-based role
·         Learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
·         Able to work weekends, nights, Holidays
·         Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
·         Professional and established business acumen
·         Strong B2B prospecting skills
·         Excellent pipeline management skills
·         Comfortable engaging with C-Level and high net-worth clientele
·         The ability to establish relationships between clients and the organization
·         Dynamic presentation skills
·         Relentless work ethic to surpass organization and individual goals
·         Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook
·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate
·         Sports industry experience is a plus but not required
·         Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
