The Digital Talent/Content Producer will be responsible producing, writing, developing, editing, publishing, and hosting innovative and compelling content for Rams digital and social platforms. 

Digital Talent/Content Producer will also be an integral part of the L.A. Rams content team, focusing on the development and execution of original content projects that engage new and existing audiences, provides opportunities to drive revenue, and push the brand forward.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Script and host weekly on-camera video & social segments
  • Script and host weekly podcast
  • Assist in content ideation for Rams digital and social platforms
  • Interviews players, coaches, and staff for various video/social series
  • Contribute to gameday digital content at all Rams home games
  • Host other Rams determined activities and events, which may include but are not limited to draft events, training camp events or other sponsor related events and activities
  • Must be motivated by audience interests and stay on top of concepts that drive content performance and fan engagement
  • Maintain an active social media presence, promoting the relevant content you create on Rams platforms and the content of the other content creators/writers on the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with players and staff
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet daily demands as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital sports journalism, with a deep emphasis on content creation
  • Digital experience as a host, reporter, or analyst preferred
  • High-end knowledge of the NFL
  • Ability to think strategically across platforms such as social, digital, linear, OTT, or streaming services
  • World-class communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 
  • Openness to feedback and fast iteration based on key data insights
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
