The Suite Coordinator will be responsible for managing Suite Rentals for all Los Angeles Rams home games. They will become an expert in all aspects of Rams Premium Seating and are responsible for the overall maintenance and service of all Suite Rentals. Providing a high level of customer service and creating positive experiences for clients will be of highest priority for this team member.

The Suite Coordinator will be responsible for managing the single game suite inventory and assisting with the sales process. This person will serve as the main point of contact for all suite rental clients and will execute all aspects of the client experience with a goal of providing a best-in-class experience. The Suite Coordinator will also assist with matters related to Suite Owners, such as gifting, events and email communication. This role will focus on using CRM, Archtics and SuitePro to track and manage accounts. An ideal candidate is a hardworking and creative professional who is a clear self-starter with strong writing and relationship skills. Also, has proven success in customer service, account management or sales professional setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all single game suite rental clients. Serve as the main point of contact to ensure all needs are met and their experience is unrivaled.
  • Responsible for contract execution, invoicing, and payment reconciliation for single game suite rentals.
  • Effectively manage suite rental inventory internally and externally through RamsSuites.com.
  • Create a touchpoint program to engage suite rental clients before, during and after their event.
  • Assist sales team in processing single game sales and post-event upsell.
  • Manage all aspects of communication related to single game suite rentals including fulfillment of tickets and included assets.
  • Fulfill client requests and questions in a professional and courteous manner via email, text, phone and face-to-face interaction. Must be able to forecast client needs and maintain effective communication to ensure their needs are met.
  • On gamedays, manage service standards for assigned suite and club areas. Collaborate with SoFi Stadium entities, including Legends Catering and Guest Experience, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Communicate frequently with Director, Premium Experience and Suite Services Manager to ensure consistency of service standards between suite types.
  • Assist in planning and executing Suite Owner and prospecting events, including setup, event operations, gifting, post-event surveys and tracking results in CRM.
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, fulfillment of mailing projects, and end of year Suite Owner recaps
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:
  • Four-year college degree or graduate degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience in suite service or sales, or similar role
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.
 
Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online survey tools
  • Experience using Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
 
Work Environment:
The Los Angeles Rams is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment.  Other environmental conditions:
  • Housing and transportation in the Los Angeles area
  • When working from home is required, a professional at-home setup is required
  • Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Must be able to work all Los Angeles Rams home games.
  • Comfortable with face-face, in-person experiences with prospects, clients, and fans
  • Ability to travel around the stadium visiting clients during home games
  • Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities
  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
  • Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required.
