We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storage Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our storage facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the storage of inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing systems to improve operational efficiency.
This is a part-time, onsite position based at our Woodland Hills business office. The role is expected to average 24-30 hours per week, with additional hours required as needed. Regular onsite work is expected on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and possible gamedays in-season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of storage facilities, ensuring efficient and secure management of inventory.
- Receive and unload deliveries; notify departments of incoming items.
- Organize, label, and store deliveries in designated storage areas.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of storage equipment and materials (shelving, pallets, etc.).
- Implement and enforce security measures to prevent loss or theft of inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments, to prepare items for distribution.
- Handle and resolve any storage-related issues, such as damaged goods in a timely manner.
- Serve as backup to the office administrator by assisting with daily deliveries and managing office supply inventory and replenishment.
- Perform light handywork such as assembling furniture, minor repairs, and basic office maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in storage management, stockroom operations, or inventory control.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions.
- This is an onsite role – remote work is not available.
Salary: $18/hr.
