The Program Vision and Operations Coordinator helps bring the Rams Community House to life through exceptional STEAM programming, strong partnerships, and operational ownership. Working closely with Rams leadership, staff, educators, and community partners, this role ensures the Rams Community House delivers meaningful experiences for students and educators while operating efficiently and creating a welcoming environment for all users.

The role leads the development and implementation of educational programs and experiences while overseeing facility operations, scheduling, partner coordination, and event execution. Success in this position requires equal parts creativity, organization, relationship-building, and attention to detail.

While this role provides operational execution for the Rams Community House, it does so with the support of Rams staff and partners. Success comes from building strong relationships, creating great experiences, and helping bring a shared vision to life. Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination
  • Lead the development and implementation of STEAM programs and experiences.
  • Coordinate with educators, partners, and subject matter experts to ensure programs align with community needs.
  • Support the continued growth of career-connected learning experiences.
  • Manage calendars, timelines, and logistics for programs and events.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Community and Partnership Engagement 
  • Work with the LA Rams Community team to build strong relationships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
  • Serve as a welcoming presence for educators, students, families, and partners.
  • Coordinate with Rams and Hollywood Park teams to support programming and events.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase community engagement.

Facility Administration & Operations   
  • Provide ongoing leadership and coordination for the Rams Community House to ensure the space supports exceptional experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, partner use, and operational logistics in collaboration with Rams and Hollywood Park teams.
  • Coordinate operational needs and facility support with internal staff and partners.
  • Help ensure the Rams Community House remains organized, welcoming, and ready to support a variety of programs and events.
  • Support planning and logistics for meetings, workshops, and special experiences.

Event Management 
  • Lead planning and execution for field trips, workshops, career experiences, and community events.
  • Coordinate event logistics with Rams and Hollywood Park staff.
  • Ensure participants have exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.

Administration and Reporting 
  • Maintain budgets, records, and operational documentation.
  • Track participation and support reporting efforts.
  • Assist with communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required
  • 1-2 years experience leading educational, youth development, or community programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating events and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Passion for serving young people and creating meaningful experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Housing within 45 miles of Inglewood, CA is preferred and reliable transportation is required for periodic local travel (work-related mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to work irregular hours, special events, nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building something new.
  • Self-starter who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and bringing ideas to life.
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment and helping shape processes as the Rams Community House grows.
 
Pay Rate: $24.04/hr.+ Overtime Eligibility and annual discretionary bonus.
