As the Los Angeles Rams build their organization and brand in the Southern California region, they are looking for a Partnerships Design Fellow to assist the Rams front office in creating impactful corporate partnership presentations, sales material/collateral, and other supporting Rams branded material including partner and social media graphics. Candidates must be able to collaborate in a team environment. The Partnerships Design Fellow will work on projects from across the organization. As part of the Corporate Partnerships responsibilities, the Partnerships Design Fellow will need to work across a variety of mediums (pitch deck presentations, storyboards, mock building etc.) in the creation of materials for the sale and fulfillment of our Partnership agreements. Additionally, the Partnerships Design Fellow will be expected to work with the entire team on an as-needed basis on other creative and design deliverables.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working on multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and quickly turning around on-brand, quality work product
  • Proven design work in layout, typography, print, and social media
  • Manipulating existing photos and renderings to reflect Corporate Partnership ideas and activations
  • Production of advertising assets, copy writing, media graphics, social media graphics, photo editing, collateral production, etc.
  • Ability to produce Corporate Partnerships creative that accomplishes the following:
    • Identifies, incorporates and compliments corporate brands’ ethos into proposals
    • Provides compelling visual elements for fulfillment of corporate partnership deals
    • Ensures brand standards are adhered to both internally and externally
  • Support the Creative group with ensuring a creative working environment for the full staff, including fostering creative thinking, brainstorming and problem solving
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience delivering great creative while meeting parameters of existing brand guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (with Adobe Photoshop customization/modification)

  • Proficient on Mac computer

 

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):

  • 3+ years experience in developing global, stage-worthy B2B presentations via a Graphics Design role
  • Experience in agency, fast-growing consumer brand or professional sports environment
  • Experience in creating internal corporate communications, business-to-business communications and consumer-facing materials
  • Exceptional design aesthetic and awareness of design trends and innovation across a variety of static and digital mediums
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint

 

Work Environment:

  • Fellowship role from an onsite capacity preferred
  • 40 hours per week
  • Should expect to work at the stadium during home games, and be available to work from the office and/or home during away games as needed

 

Salary: $65,000/yr.

Experience

Preferred
  • 3+ years experience in developing global, stage-worthy B2B presentations via a Graphics Design role
