The Media Partnerships manager is responsible for developing, managing, and activating strategic media partnerships that drive brand visibility, fan engagement, and revenue for the Rams.
 
This role will work closely with corporate partners, internal marketing and sponsorship teams, and the NFL league office to ensure integrated, high-impact media executions across all partners.
 
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for media partners, ensuring contractual fulfillment and long-term, value creation
  • Implement all aspects of the partnership by working cross-functionally with other internal departments such as Partnerships, Legal, Marketing, PR and International
  • Prospect new third-party media partners that could lead to a media partnership or collaboration across sports, entertainment and culture
  • Build upon international media partnerships to grow fandom and broadcast viewership in the Rams International Home Marketing Area (IHMA) markets
  • Execute contracts, coordinate billing and deliver effective presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Track, analyze and report on media partnership performance, including ratings, impressions, engagement, and ROI
  • Support gameday, tentpole events, and special programming activations as needed
 
Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities): 
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the media partnerships, sports marketing, advertising, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of media landscapes, including broadcast, digital, social, and OTT platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Deep understanding of the NFL, professional sports, or live entertainment preferred
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and gamedays
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana) and analytics tools
 
Salary: $75,000/yr. - $80,000/yr.
