The Los Angeles Rams are working to build our legacy as a top sports brand in Los Angeles. With the opening of our new home at SoFi Stadium, a plethora of events in the offseason and working to create meaningful cultural connections with new fans across LA, the calendar is chock full of amazing brand experiences.

The Ticketing Intern will gain experience by supporting the Ticketing Department with the day-to-day operations in the areas of Season Ticket Memberships, Guest Services, Member Experiences and Ticket Operations.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Season Ticket Members, Premium Club Members, Suite Owners and fans
  • Assist the Ticketing Department with written and verbal communications to Season Ticket Members, Premium Club Members, Suite Owners and fans
  • Assist in planning and executing Member experiences and events, including setup, event operations, post-game surveys and tracking results in Microsoft CRM
  • Perform various clerical duties including filing, fulfillment of mailing projects, and distribution of mail
  • Assist with gameday box office, in-person customer visits, phone inquiries, seat adjustments, replacement tickets and relocations
  • Accurately utilize Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft CRM to manage customer accounts
  • Update data, notes, and requests and process payments in Archtics software
  • Gain an understanding of skills used to successfully manage Member accounts and retain current members
  • Serve as a liaison between the Ticketing Department and other internal departments
  • Support daily accounting and batch reconciliation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Report to multiple department leads

Internship Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online survey tools
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Four-year college degree or graduate degree
  • Housing and transportation in the Los Angeles area
  • Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • Comfortable with face-face, in-person experiences with fans
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred
