As the Los Angeles Rams build their organization and brand in the Southern California region, they are looking for a Partnerships Design Intern to assist the Rams front office in creating impactful corporate partnership presentations, sales material/collateral, and other supporting Rams branded material including partner and social media graphics. Candidates must be able to collaborate in a team environment. The Partnerships Design Intern will work on projects from across the organization. As part of the Corporate Partnerships responsibilities, the Partnerships Design Intern will need to work across a variety of mediums (pitch deck presentations, storyboards, mock building etc.) in the creation of materials for the sale and fulfillment of our Partnership agreements. Additionally, the Partnerships Design Intern will be expected to work with the entire team on an as-needed basis on other creative and design deliverables.
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven design work in layout, typography, print, and social media
  • Ability to produce Corporate Partnerships creative that accomplishes the following:
    • Identifies, incorporates and compliments corporate brands’ ethos into proposals
    • Provides compelling visual elements for fulfillment of corporate partnership deals
    • Ensures brand standards are adhered to both internally and externally
  • Production of partner-specific social graphics, presentation layouts, print collateral, etc.
  • Support the Creative group with ensuring a creative working environment for the full staff, including fostering creative thinking, brainstorming and problem solving
 
Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
  • Bachelor’s degree or business experience equivalent 
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience delivering great creative while meeting parameters of existing brand guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (with Adobe Photoshop customization/modification)
  • A portfolio is required in order to be considered for this opportunity. Please submit past and current work in a digital format or provide links to work.
  • Proficient on Mac computer
 
Work Environment:
  • Internship role from an onsite capacity preferred
  • 40 hours per week + potential overtime
  • Should expect to work at the stadium during home games, and be available to work from the office and/or home during away games as needed
