The Season Ticket Member Experiences Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Member Experiences team, helping to execute Season Ticket Member events, benefits, and engagement initiatives while delivering a best-in-class experience for Rams Season Ticket Members year-round. As an integral member of the Rams Service department, this role collaborates across departments to plan and execute Season Ticket Member benefits, events, and experiences, bringing them to life through both gameday and non-gameday activations. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Support the planning and execution of Season Ticket Member events, experiences and benefits throughout the year, including research, ideation, logistics, operations, and communications.
  • Help execute Member experiences at Rams gamedays, Training Camp and other events. During gamedays, support larger game themes and in-game initiatives as needed.  
  • Write, develop, and request assets for Member communication such as monthly newsletters, experience Know Before You Go information, and other emails regarding various topics like club benefits, upcoming events, and exclusive opportunities. 
  • Work with Ticket Operations & Strategy teams to manage Member event processes in programs such as Archtics and CRM and compile post-event recaps and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various benefits and programs offered through the NFL and other partners (e.g. NFL Membership Club offerings)
  • Support all Season Ticket Member gifting and fulfillment efforts, including gift ideation, Member Guide updates, inventory management, merchandise distribution and shipping.
  • Assist with the planning, operations, and execution of Season Ticket Member engagement programs, including Rams House Fan Council, STM of the Month, and other fan initiatives.
  • Oversee elements and upkeep of Season Ticket Member webpages, partnering with Creative and Digital teams to request regular updates. 
  • Manage the Season Ticket Member Facebook group by posting announcements, reviewing and approving requests, monitoring conversations, and facilitating necessary follow-up and support from service representatives.  
  • Research industry trends and best practices to enhance Member events, experiences and engagement strategies. 
  • Deliver world-class service that continually exceeds expectations of Season Ticket Members, Premium Members, Suite Owners, and fans. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:
  • Four-year college degree or graduate degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sports, events and/or service
  • Ability to work event-driven schedule, including nights, weekends and potentially holidays. Must be available to work all Rams home games. 
Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online survey tools
  • Experience using Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Work Environment:
The Los Angeles Rams is a professional, fast-paced business environment. Other environmental details include:
  • Housing within 45 miles of Woodland Hills, CA is preferred
  • Reliable transportation is required for periodic local travel, and all work-related mileage will be reimbursed  
  • Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • Must be able to work all Los Angeles Rams home games
  • Comfortable with face-face, in-person experiences with clients, fans, and prospects
  • Ability to travel around the stadium interacting with clients and fans during home games
  • Computer and desk work is a significant part of daily activities
  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required
Pay Rate: $24.04/hour + eligibility for overtime pay.
